This is a salary position with wages ranging from $65,000 to $80,000, based on experience.

- Assist with coordinating daily distribution centre operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Support the Distribution Centre Manager in scheduling staff and assigning daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily shipments to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivery trucks depart on schedule.
- Assist with supervising warehouse team members, providing guidance, and supporting performance management when required.
- Help support onboarding and training of new team members to ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor workflow and productivity within the distribution centre and communicate operational issues to management.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records for shipments, pick sheets, and inventory transactions.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and report potential hazards or concerns.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and participate in safety meetings or toolbox talks.
- Assist with maintaining an organized warehouse layout to support safe and efficient product flow.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as transportation, purchasing, and store operations to support distribution activities.
- Provide operational support and complete other duties as assigned by management.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or inventory management
- Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
